I like to drink tea!!?!

Question:

I like to drink tea!!?

This might sound like a dumb question? but I lke to drink tea without sugar. Are there alot calories and fat in a glass of tea without sugar then a glass of soda with sugar. which is better for you.

Answers:
Tea has no calories in it's natural state, duh!

Tea is like wayyy better for you...duh.

I like to drink beer!!!! What's your point

hello........the tea is better than the soda

Tea without sugar is 0 calories.
Soda with sugar is loaded with calories!!
Assuming you are going to drink caffeine anyway, the tea is better for you. Advice: drink it through a straw, and it won't stain your teeth (this goes for any dark drink).

If you make tea and do not add sugar it does not have any calories. Soda is packed with sugar and is really bad for you. Even sweet tea has less calories and sugar than soda does....

We both definitly have one thing in common. I drink a lot of tea. I do know that tea with or with out sugar is a whole lot healthier for the body then soda is.
12-ounce can of regular soda 150 calories
tea (80 calories), consider fresh-brewed or diet iced tea sweetened with or without sweetener, which adds 0 calories.

Hope I helped^-^

Tea has no calories or fat. Sugar adds calories. Sodas don't have fat either, however they tend to be high in calories. Tea also has fluoride for strong teeth and half the amount of caffeine found in coffee. Tea also has polyphenols which help with many health problems, such as cancer prevention, aging, etc. Tea also has vitamins, minerals, and methylxanthines. These are the source of the healthful properties of teatea helps fight against cancerous agents, delay aging, fight high blood pressure, help your immune system fight infection. Tea sounds good to me!

glass of tea without sugar is better

tea is better, soda is very fatting and filled with calories.

P.S.
I try to be nice unlike other people.
