you make it by your notepad and you have to type the HTML table thats what i call it
first
you access your note pad then type
your name of the website <title/><br />

then you must learn the steps of HTML<br />

at the end you write<br />

when you save you click save as and write the tilte <br />
<br />
example mywebsite.html<br />

when you look at where you saved it you will notice that your file will not appear as a notepad but a internet explorer webpage <hr><hr>for a newbie...<br />

basic ways to create one is to use Microsoft Word!<br />
just type anything and paste any picture you want. change fonts sizes of letters or even process the pictures. when your ready to finish it off, just click menu->save->press the "save as file Type" then press all files or if you notice any HTML option, press that instead. then type your desired filename but at the end of that filename, type ".HTML"(there is a period before you type HTML) then press save!<br />

you may save it in any directory you wish.<br />

if you planning to upload that page into the internet, go to geocities. check out thier site and learn how you can upload your own site. just follow thier directions and you'll be fine <hr><hr>if you want your own website fast, you can have one with basically no html knowledge, just use a template.
