Myth busters did it on one of their shows. If you throw a few mentos into soda it will fizz out. But you stomach will expand. You'll be bored of drinking soda and mentos before it does any harm to you.
Deadly? I find it hard to believe that two common food items could react in such a way that warning labels would be necessary. But just to be safer, switch to Diet Pepsi.
Think so. My mom once showed me a video of some kids putting some mentos into a bottle of diet coke and there was a lot of bubbles came out . A LOT!

Myth busters proved it was a myth. You will be quite gassy though. You haven't seen any lawsuits against Coke or Mentos, have you?
A friend of mine did the mentos in a 2 liter bottle of soda for his kids. I saw the video - it made quite a high guyser! Lots of people have videos of same on YouTube.
