Frappes are ice cream milkshakes that they make primarily in New England. if you go to Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, and (probably not) Connecticut, you can get a Frappe. At the restaurant Friendly's they are known as Fribbles.

Fraps- if you're meaning the slang term for Starbucks Frapuccino- are a combo of the NE Frappe, and Capuccino. and they are gross. way too sweet. if you're lucky the caffiene will hit you just as your sugar high wears off.
its a frappichino you can get them at starbucks!! thats what keeps me awake during shows! its a cold coffee that you can get in any flavor like double chocolate chip, vanilla bean, java chip etc.. but they are really good dive them a try!!
