How can I get out of my energy drink addiction?!

Question:

How can I get out of my energy drink addiction?

Answers:
If it contains caffeine, which it probably does, good luck. Slowly ween yourself off of it. Caffeine withdraw causes headaches and other withdraw symptoms like the shakes. Good luck!!

get a quad-bypass
that will kill any taste-buds.

Start drinking kombucha instead!

Or if not that, figure out what you're trying to avoid and sub in a new drink. If energy drinks are too expensive, start buying cheap 2 liters of coke or make tea. If energy drinks are too caffeinated, start buying lower caffeine products to use instead.

switch to other caffeinated beverages such as coke, coffee or tea gradually and eventually reduce the energy drink consumption and then other caffeinated bevs as well. Good luck!

Instead of instantly gratifying yourself every time you want a drink, test yourself. Say, "if I wait for thirty minutes, I'll have a LITTLE bit of the drink." Then, space out your time longer and longer so that you can eventually live without drinking it.

You are probably addicted to the caffeine and sugar in the energy drinks you are drinking. What is bad about most energy drinks is that they have a lot of caffeine and sugar contained in them. This is what gives you a "buzz" and then a "crash". This can be bad on your body.

If you are concerned about your health, you may want to consider an alternative. I drink an energy drink that is HEALTHY, works in minutes, lasts for several hours, and is much less expensive than most energy drinks.

I found these at www.carlshealthhelp.com/energy

Drop it.
Drink a replacement.
How about a nutritious SHAKE or fruit juice?
