Has my juice already expired?
I bought a bottle of juice last week and there's a sticker on it that says "07/03." I can't find an expiration date anywhere else on the bottle so I assume this is it. Has my juice already expired?

I'm not wondering if it expired four years ago; I know it hasn't. Dates can be either way around.

No that means best if sold by so it is probably ok. They just need a date to get it off the shelves by.

WOW- It sounds like it. Take it back to the store and tell them. Make them give you a refund or a new bottle of juice. I can't believe that they left something on the shelf that long!
i think that's the 7th month of 2003 cus dates are usually like this Month/Date/Year. They skipped the Date part and concluded that once it hits the 7th month of 2003 it's no longer good.
When in doubt, return it! No need to experiment.
Take the bottle of juice back to the store you bought it at and exchange it. The bottle should have an expiration date, so if it says "07/03" it's probably expired. It shouldn't be in the store.
If the juice was refrigerated, the date is most likely July 3rd and the product is still in code. Since these dates are just "best before" it doesn't mean the product would be bad even if it was past the code date. Smell it, then taste it and if it smells and tastes good, it is fine.
