Is coffee actually good for you?!

Question:

Is coffee actually good for you?

I'm talking about if you drink it in moderation, of course?

Answers:
Yes, it is loaded with antioxidants and new research suggest it's not as bad a diuretic as they previously thought it was. Some studies also indicate that coffee reduces the risk for diabetes and Parkinson's diease.

It is a mild stimulant and yes, in moderation, it is good for one.

i dont think so. if coffee was so good then why does it turn your stomach brown and turn your teeth yellow. i dont think coffee is good for because of those reasons.

it is okay to drink in moderation I am told...but it dehydrates you and the caffeine (even decaf has some caffeine) can prevent absorption of some nutrients...over time this has an effect...now, for natural health a coffee enema is great...it can really help elimination and helping to give your colon a U shape, but not as much as in my opinion, a colonic...

switch to green tea...some caffeine for the kick and more health benefits..or white tea...

good luck

i actually heard that it stunts your growth...*has sudden realizaton*..omg no freakin wonder im so short!! ga!! ha but then again it is a natural bean...so..

yes but to much is bad for you

it can be both good and bad for you

I vote yes for coffee being good for me.I drink 2 cups daily....Go me.
