What's the difference between High Fructose corn syrup and Inverted Cane Sugar?!

Question:

What's the difference between High Fructose corn syrup and Inverted Cane Sugar?

OK... I admit it... I'm a soda-holic (have been for years!) I recently discovered Jones Soda, and I am loving it! Can't drink enough of it!

I noticed that one of the main ingredients in Jones Soda is "Inverted Cane Sugar." Most of the other major soda brands have high fructose corn syrup as the main ingredient (after carbonated water, of course.)

What exactly is the difference between the two? Is inverted cane sugar supposed to be healthier for you? IMHO, it certainly tastes better!

Thanks,
Zoik

Answers:
High fructose corn syrup comes from corn. While inverted cane sugar must come from sugar cane.
