Who is responsible for this travesty of justice??!!?!

Question:

Who is responsible for this travesty of justice??!!?

I am one unpet coffee drinker. I recently purchased a bag of whole bean coffee at my usual coffee supplier, and can you imagine my dismay upon opening the bag of beans only to find that many were broken in half. Egads! Frantically, I searched the web for a coffee bean repair kit, but to no avail.

Who should I call to right this horrible wrong?

Upset, not unpet. I don't have any pets, unless you count the spiders on my walls.

Sounds to me as if you need to lay off the coffee for a bit. Why don't you just go back to your coffee supplier and tell them about this tragedy. I'm sure they'll give you another bag. Good luck... Think about switching to decaf...

Do you mean travesty of INjustice???

Starbucks has an emergency number for just this type of horrible accident: 1-800-Juan-Valdez

Lol, ghostbusters???

The next new invention for sufferers of this same dilemma, a coffee bean repair kit!!! Call the company who produces this brand and scream false advertising--they aren't whole beans, they're halves and bits and pieces!!!!

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade....or coffee.

It would not make that much of a difference. Some aroma lost, maybe, but not overly, if it was sealed in a bag. Unless you wanted to use the whole beans for decoration.

Oh well...just tell the people you got it from, maybe they handled the bags wrong.

Take it back to the store and scream hysterically. Ask for a replacement or your money back. No one should have to repair coffee beans!

Wow, how horrible except that coffee beans normally come in half AFTER they pick the berries and dry the beans. You could always, however, start your own small internet business and offer a coffee bean repair kit that includes a small tube of some type of edible glue with the instructions to pick up two beans, apply glue to the back of two beans, stick together and wait until dry.

HEY, you could become the next Ron Popeil and sell it for only 3 easy payments of $9.99 plus s/h charges of course.

If you MUST inform someone, try the department of Agriculture. After all, they are responsible for all those imports, aren't they?

Happy coffee drinking, it's one of my passions as well.

OK they were broke in half, lets see they do go shipping and handling by many people and machines. and since i do buy coffee beans as well instead of ground coffee, i want to know why its such a big darn deal? you HAVE TO GRIND THEM UP anyways so its a little less work for you. if you must complain about it take it back to the store and complain. they will either look at you the same way most of us are right now, or replace it with another bag. jeez seriously start buying decaf coffee or stop playing on the Internet so much.

You're kidding right?
