Well, depends on where you are. I don't think you could ever get a good cup of tea in the US at most places after about 1975. Unless, of course, it was a small establishment where the proprietors also drank tea. Even in England, it was tough to get something that tasted good. I had tea at one of the shops near the Cutty Sark when I toured London and it was awful.
