Which milk do you prefer whole or 2& or 1% or a totally other kind..?!

Question:

Which milk do you prefer whole or 2& or 1% or a totally other kind..?

Answers:
fresh right from the cow to the pitcher in the fridge and get it cold

skim

My family has been drinking 1% for years. Now, whole milk tastes funny to me.

I prefer whole milk, but don't buy it anymore because of the fat content. Now I compromise and use 2% in my coffee and skim milk the rest of the time.

Skim!!

1%
What ever you think is best or what ever you like best!!!:)

Whole, btw is only 3%. You know how they make 1 and 2%? They water the milk down until the fat content hits one or two percent, how smart do you feel paying good money for something watered down?

2 %
with some oreo's

The best in the world is organic, full-fat chocolate milk. Rich and creamy.... wonderful.

If not chocolate, then at least whole un-homogenized milk.

For the record, the dairy does not water down whole milk to make 2% etc. They use a centrifuge to separate the cream, leaving only the % they are targeting. You get all the protein and non-fat soluble nutrients in the lower fat milks that you get in whole milk. You only miss out on the fat. As a bonus, they add back the vitamins lost with the fat. All this is required under law.

skim//fat free. i was raised on those two, and now 1% and 2% just taste weird to me.

I use 1% or lowfat Silk soy milk.

I like whole due to the fact that 1 and 2 % taste a little weird to me.

Whole. I run 90 minutes every day, I can afford the few extra calories. Btw, whole milk is only 3.2%, so the difference in calories between whole milk and 1% is 22.5 kcal per serving.
Skim milk tastes like detergent to me.
