Why does green tea turn color?!
Why does green tea turn color?
green to yellowish
Answers:
It probably depends on the variety of the green tea leaves.
Please note that white tea is not white.
caused by the chlorine in the water. Try distilled water
Depending on the leaf variety and preparation methods. Some are cooked, some are semi-cooked, some are raw, some are steamed, some are just dried and grounded, etc. Don't worry too much about the color. If kept well, green tea will store for a long time even when the color change. However, for the really expensive green tea, you will want to drink it within 8 month of purchase for the very best flavor you've paid dearly for. Oh yeah, don't use boiling water to cook those expensive leaves either, 96C/205F will do.
it shouldn't try bottled water and it will be much better and wont turn other colors
