Tricky Tea Cravings
To reduce the craving for tea, try drinking a lower caffeine tea or green tea, then move on to caffeine-free herbal teas. Green tea isn’t caffeine-free but it has much less caffeine than regular tea and has other health benefits too.

Combating Coffee and Caffeine Cravings
It takes an average of four days to break the coffee habit. During this time you may experience headaches and drowsiness. These are strong reminders of how bad coffee really is for you. Dedecaffeinated coffee contains less caffeine but it is only mildly better than the caffeinated type, and may also contain chemicals used in the decaffeinating process. Don’t forget, too, that most coffee contains the pesticides used in growing and preserving the crop.

Start with drinking ice tea, then change to kool aid, then crystal light (that is better for you), next step would be hitting the water bottle. Good Luck

I quit after I went on holiday for a month and forgot to bring teabags and kettle along. Plus, put the teabags that hotels provide in the safe.

dont keep drinking it its good for u rather than coffee i love tea and i have the same antioxidant addiction.

Drink lots of water instead.

Substitute it for water. There'll be withdrawal symptoms, but you'll get through it.

Water's more healthy.

Am going through the same process myself, these days. :-)

you must let go of your desires, beautiful one!

Buff.

Switch to green tea. You are less likely to be addicted and it's better for you than red, black or grey ones. If you are addicted to green tea, just cut back on the total volume and dilute the remaining with water, don't quit.

i too love tea. no way to get rid of it. daily cup of tea can reduce risks of certain cancers in the future, it has lot of health benefits. so just enjoy it!!

The only physically addicting part is the caffeine. Start with decaf. I have gone full circle many times. Then, on my 50th birthday, I decided, "What the heck, I made it this far" and went back to tea and diet pop. I just drink all joy-juice in moderation these days. Bottled water has made is easier, I think.

hide all the tea or get some1 to get rid of the tea and chew green tea gum

that flavored water.
it's better and cost about the same.
you'll love it and need it more then tea.

Drink more beer.

I will have those "Soup in a Cup", Hot Lemon at this time of year and Beef Tea.

Switch to pure H2O

What's wrong with drinking tea? Even if you drink a lot of it, what's the big deal? It's not like you are addicted to drinking vodka (by the way, switching to vodka, will help you to get rid of tea addiction... No, no, just a joke.)
