I have always made my own.
Banana, milk and sugar to taste.
Worked great for long days, and nights.

They all give me headaches - I suppose it's negative energy.
If I have to pick though - go for Full Throttle Blue Demon.
Gatorade and Powerade. the regular ones.
I like lo carb monster energy (the regular one has sugar and that is a big no no). Diet rockstar is ok also.
