Energy drinks?
At work, I deal with this guy from Germany who told me that they don't even sell any kind of energy drinks because they are so bad for you... if they are so bad, why do we still sell them here in America? Shouldn't they be banned here too?

The main ingredient of most energy drinks is caffeine which is legal. Caffeine can cause sleeping problems, naussia, dehydration, etc, but nothing major like cancer etc.
Just don't drink oo much
A LOT of things should probably be banned in america! even things we know for a FACT cause cancer and birth defects, ie: ciggs, alcohal.....are still legal here, with restrictions of course! So, until someone actually developes cancer or DIES from energy drinks, we will be able to buy them at the corner store.
