Why does coffee make me sick?!
Why does coffee make me sick?
Every morning I drink 2 cups of coffee and afterwards I start to feel sick as hell. I understand that coffee has "caffine" in it, but so does cola's. So why does coffee itself make me feel like I am about to puke?
Answers:
do u eat before u drink the coffee. if not thats the problem. I'm a coffee addicted. and when i first started drinking coffee i got sick too, but i realized that was beacuse i never was eatting anything before i drank it.
Try cutting it down to just one cup and see how you feel. Sometimes when I have two cups, I'll get a migraine. It's just your body's reaction.
I have the same problem. I LOVE coffee and can no longer drink it. I thought that it was the caffine but I can still drink energy drinks. I have noticed that if I eat before I have coffee, it lessens the sickness. I just don't chance it anymore. I wish that I had an answer for you. If anyone figures this one out, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!! I so miss my espresso.

Are you eating breakfast? I know what you are talking about, but i never eat breakfast, and contributed my feeling sick to that. Is the water you are using any good, may want to try that new coffee for sensitive stomachs. I haven't tried it yet, but i think Folgers makes it.
Coffee is a rather strong stimulant. You may be making it too strong. Try cutting it down to one cup, or try making your coffee weaker.
could it be you might be allergic to it pending on what brand of coffee you drink or creamer you put into it
Coffee sometimes effects the nerves and makes people nervous and jumpy. Nausea can also be an effect. I have noticed that coke does not do the same, so maybe coffee is doing a different sort of reaction with your bodily chemicals.
Try drinking tea. Sometimes if you want to wake up fresh in the morning, you dont even need coffee. Just have a breakfast that makes you full and you'll be good to go,
