Both taste nice,but according to a survey done in a top mag,actimel is the best pro biotic on the market,more good bacteria than any other .

I also prefer Muller, but now buy from Aldi their own breakfast drink, a lot cheaper and by no means worse, in fact it contains more. Spend a little, live a lot, ALDI. All the best Dale A.
