Why are carbonated drinks bad for you?!

Question:

Why are carbonated drinks bad for you?

Answers:
The high sugar content rots your teeth and makes you fat.

It was once thought that carbonated beverages leached the calcium out of your bones and teeth, but this has now been proven to be a false premise.

Because the carbonation has phosphates and phosphates bind to the calcium in your body preventing it from being absorbed by your bones, this can cause some problems and especially osteoperosis when you are old.

Also soda is a lot of times sugary and so that's just unhealthy. The caffeine is not good either, it can dehydrate you.

It also has no nutritional value at all.

Because they're almost all high in sugar, sodium and caffeine. All of these are not especially good for ya in large amounts. However, if you don't guzzle it down by the bucketful, a cola now and then ain't gonna adversely affect your health.
