are there any pops/sodas without sodium benzoate?

Answers:
Yes! A ton of them. Look for all-natural sodas like Virgil's, Izee, Blue Sky Naturals, Boylan's...there's a lot of great sodas that leave out high fructose corn syrup, phosphoric acid, sodium benzoate, and artificial sweeteners. They are high in calories because they use real, delicious cane sugar, BUT as a once in a while treat they are fun to drink. My favorite is Virigl's root beer - it's super creamy and has a hnt of wintergreen which sounds weird but it's not. It's like gourmet candy in liquid form. So yummy!

Trader Joe's is a good place to find all-natural sodas. Target has a pretty good selection, too, surprisingly. Congratulations on trying to free yourself from nasty ingredients. Although sodium benzoate is not toxic, why risk swallowing a bunch of crap from a laboratory just to quench your thirst?

sorry...not sure what that is. try at organic food stores like whole foods or check out the nutrition labels.
