Best time for antioxidants?!

Question:

Best time for antioxidants?

When is the best time to take antioxidants? Let's say like a cup of grape juice.

After a fatty meal? Before? Morning? Night?

Answers:
Morning (fresh orange juice or cranberry)for me works on my body through out the day

Is the grape juice full of sugar or corn syrup? If so, it isn't an antioxidant.

Antioxidants are vine ripened fruits ad vegetables that are fresh and allowed to mature on the vine, not picked early to taste like card board at a regular grocery store.

Look up Phytochemicals on google. Learn about antioxidants.

Any time is a good time. Dont treat it as a medicine, incorporate food high in anti-oxidants into your daily diet. Many of these foods are tasty at anytime of the day.

I'd suggest going with what seems likely to be true from the latest medical evidence: stop treating grape juice as a drug. Pick a nice wine to go with dinner, instead, and enjoy your dinner and your life.

you can take them after each meal if you like.
you need not a certain time to take them
