How do you make strawberry or blueberry smoothies?!

Question:

How do you make strawberry or blueberry smoothies?

Answers:
I make mine with yougurt... 1/2c
frozen or fresh strawberries/ or blueberries about 1 cup
and about 1 1/2 of ice

or you can omit the yougurt and use juice
I also add a banana...

*It's your smoothie have fun with it....

just add a couple of strawberries, some milk, some bananas if you like and maybe some low fat yogurt for you diet people

Same as above, but if you don't want to use yoghurt, you can use soy milk or cow's milk and add something to give it 'body' like a couple of tablespoons of wheat germ.

Prep rep-The best way is to take plain yogurt and put it in cube trays and freeze them-then when they freeze you just put them in a freezer bag so that anytime that you want a smoothie you can just grab them and throw them in the blender.

Take 5-8 frozen strawberries(I get a big bag of them at BJ's wholesale club)put them in the blender, put two of the frozen cubes of yogurt in the blender, put about 1-2 cups of ice in(depending on how thick or thin you want it), put 1 cup of nonfat powder milk in, 1 cup of water, and 1/2 cup of sugar, last but not least 1tsp of corn oil and a spray of cooking spray(for emulsification purposes). Blend until smoothie!

So good-enjoy!!!

strawberry smoothie:
INGREDIENTS
* 4 ounces strawberries, hulled
* 1 cup milk
* 1 tablespoon honey
* 6 cubes ice

DIRECTIONS

1. In a blender, combine ice cubes, strawberries, milk and honey. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy!

blueberry smoothie:

Basically you need a liquid which is usually milk, juice, water, soy milk.

ice makes it have a different texture as well as frozen bananas.

some people add a sweetener like sugar, honey, or artificial sweetener.

I like adding vanilla flavoring to my smoothie to add a different taste. You can also add cinnamon, or other spice to give it a nice flavor.

and lastly the fruits.

Experiment with all of these ingredients till you find your perfect smoothie recipe~!
