Does anyone out there make their own Chai tea? If so whats your best recipe?

I love this stuff!!!
CHAI (EAST AFRICAN TEA)

6 c. water
7 tsp. loose tea leaves
6 c. milk
10-15 tsp. sugar

Heat together water and tea leaves in a 3 to 4 quart saucepan. Boil 10 minutes. Add milk and heat to near boiling. Strain leaves. Add sugar to taste. Makes 6-8 servings.

For 4 servings:

2 cups water
4 bags black tea
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1. Heat water to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Add tea bags; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 2 minutes. Remove tea bags.

2. Stir remaining ingredients into tea. Heat to boiling. Stir with wire whisk to foam milk. Serve.
