Do they sell it at Ralphs or any other local grocery stores?

Wal-mart.......K-Mart............ about anywhere dishes are sold or pots and pans.
You should be able to buy them almost anywhere!
If you have a "Dollar" store, try that first. Yes, most grocery stores also have them.
