How prepare coffee without a coffee machine?!

Question:

How prepare coffee without a coffee machine?

I have ground coffee, a pot, coffee filters and a blender, microwave stove fridge..just no coffee machine.

Answers:
Boil water, pour into a bowl and add coffee grounds, stir around a bit and then strain it with the coffee filter in the strainer. I have made it this way in a pinch when the coffee machine broke.

all you need to do is put the coffee grounds in a clean sock and then place it in a pot of boiling water for a bit and reduce heat and serve

Boil enough water to make as many cups as you desire and pour the water over the coffee grounds that are placed into a strainer filtering into the pot.

you can make it like tea by tying up grounds into a filter shaping it like a bag then put it in boiling water for a few minutes.
Might need multiple bags to get enough grounds to accomedate the volume of water.
Also you can take a percolator, (the thing you strain spaghetti noodles with) and put a filter in there and pour water you have heated over the stove CAREFULLY and slowly through the percolator into a lage enough container to catch it. Maybe there is a container that the strainer can rest on so you dont have to hold it. Then you pour some water, wait for it to drip through, then pour some more.

Just put the filter into a sieve, if you don't have one the right size you can use a plastic container with some holes punched in it (out of the recycling)

Boil the water, measure it and pour it over the right amount of coffee (as per the can, or about tbsp per cup of water)

If you have one of those little loose tea holding things with small enough holes you can use that to make individual cups. If you tend to make only one cup that might be a good investment they are about $2. Or you could get a coffee maker ;-)

Here's one of the oldest brewing methods available for coffee: put 3 teaspoons ground coffee in a small 1-cup capacity pan with 3/4 cup cold water. Stir once to combine, then heat on stovetop just until it starts to boil. Pour through a fine mesh strainer directly into a cup and enjoy!!

supermarkets sell 2 in1 instant coffee powder. It's a combination of coffee and milk. You just boiled water then stir and tadda, you have your coffee. It's so much cheeper than a coffee machine.

Como se prepara no Brazil :3 colheres de sopa de pó de café, meio litro de água fervente.Coloque o pó no filtro Mellita e derrame a agua sem mexer.Adoce a seugosto. Pe?a para traduzir do Português para o Inglês. B?a noite!

For best results:
Put coffee powder into pouring container.
Boil water, just wait until bubbles subside, pour into pouring container.
Stir like crazy for a few seconds. This extracts coffee in the best manner.
Wait about 3-4 mintues for the coffee to steep.
Pour into filter.
Serve immediately.

NB: Vary the coffee powder to water according to taste but usually 1 tablespoon per cup is normal.
