Is it weird that sugar free Rockstar doesnt give me any energy?
Is it really just the sugar that gives you that boost in energy drinks? I have not tried more than a sip of the regular Rockstar drink because its not on my diet :). I dont like coffee or soda either so all I can use to get energy is tea. which for the most part doesnt do much.

Looking at the label of sugar free rockstar, I would believe that it is because of the lack of real energy given mainly by B12. It does have the minimum daily requirement of B12, but nothing more. This mean that when you drink it you will not get a shot of B12 more than you get from regular eating. The caffeine level looks ok, just be careful each 8oz is one serving on the label which means a 24oz can has about 240mg of caffeine.
plan on having the shakes in two or three hours later if you drink it in one shot. I drink XS energy drinks, which have no sugar, no carbs, and comes with 4900% of B12 per 8oz can. This gives me a pure shot of awaking energy. They make drinks with and without caffeine so I can watch out for too much of that. I order them online at the source below. check them out and compare them to Rockstar.
