Smoothie Ideas?!

Smoothie Ideas?

I have a blender, and I'm gonna have smoothies every morning this week (hopefully!!!!). Does anyone have any ideas that are low fat and low cost that I can try? Thanks!!!!!! (And also not that much sugar)

I make smoothies with 1 cup of frozen blueberries, about a tablespoon of honey, a 1/4 cup of soy milk and 1/4 cup or tofu or yogurt. The frozen blueberries make it like a milkshake-i have made them with frozen strawberries and peaches too, but blueberry is my favorite. Add a banana if you're in the mood.

well i know an all natural drink: IT IS ORANGE juice with banana and papaya or you can do raspberry smoothie with banana.. good luck ?

1 cup of low fat milk
1 cup of low fat yogurt
Fresh fruit, Banana, strawberries or blueberries are delicious in a smoothie.
Add some ice and blend. Enjoy.
