O.k Alot of adults say Energy Drinks Have lot of sugar?

She drinking coke and im drinking amp energy drink. I looked on the supplement facts on the can. COKE : 35g sugar AMP: 29g sugar. Are Energy Drinks Bad for you.

Answers:
A lot of kids say high energy drinks have a lot of sugar and they are right.

Try diet coke & ice.

Or experiment with water.

"Energy" drinks also have much, much higher levels of caffeine. This makes them dangerous for ANYBODY if you drink too much of them. Smaller and younger people are more susceptible than larger and older people.

It depends on what kind of energy drink you are drinking. Amp, Red Bull has so much caffeine and sugar that will make you crash. I know a healthy energy drink that don't have these craps . You can find in on my website. NO SUGAR , O CARBS and organically produced and taste so good.

its cheaper than RED BULL.

and search for energy DRINKS

Sports drinks are really for people who are exercising hard and sweating. New York state is now only permitting students to drink sports drinks after exercising hard. There is too much sugar for people are not active.

The main thing you should know about most popular energy drinks, is that they contain high amounts of sugar and caffeine. This is what gives you a "buzz" or "jolt" of energy then a "crash". If you think about it, this can really be hard on a person's body if they drink a lot of these drinks.

I found one that does not contain all the sugar and caffeine, works in minutes after I drink it, lasts for several hours, and is HEALTHY for me to drink. If you are concerned about your health, you may want to consider this drink as an alternative.

I found them at www.carlshealthhelp.com/energy
