Listen to your mom. I know Bawls are good but if you have ever been to their website there is twice the amount of caffeine in Bawls than Mountain Dew.

It won't kill you but most energy drinks contain caffein which is bad for you. You may get addicted to it.

kids ....you should listen to ur mom once .. emergy drniks is bad for you .. even i did not drink it .. i know is bad ...

I drink monsters it is so good and now I am addicted to it. but it is not good for kids you have to be 18 or older and guarana flavored I think it is a seed in the enrage drink that gives you all that enrage

energy drinks are not for kids and they are bad because they have high doses of caffeine and other things that can cause your blood pressure to be really high or cause strokes or heart attacks in some adults.if they are that bad for adults they are worse for kids.drink water or chocolate milk that is the best.the worst pop for your teeth is mountain dew stay away from it between the sugar and citric acid it will destroy your teeth.good luck.

Try organic stuff only. Honey, grape, etc.
