Water? water? and MILK?!

Question:

Water? water? and MILK?

whats better for you?
bottled water, tap water or whole milk?

Answers:
Well all three has just the same nutrians you need the bottled water is clean water which you need so you dont dehydrate and its good for a body system tap water pretty much the same as bottled water jus not a clean and whole milk you need for viteman d

so i reccomend you keep and drink all!! :)

bottled water but you can't ignore the healthiness of whole milk either.

you need 8 glasses of water a day, preferable clean water, not from the tap if you have a water softener. as for milk, aka Sweet Bovine Nectar, it is good for you also. whole milk has more fat in it.

Bottled water isn't much better than tap water, sorry. In fact, most bottled water is just filtered tap water.
Some brands are for real, but are mineral water, like Evian, which is why a lot of people (me included) think it tastes heavy and not at all refreshing. Fiji is true artestian well water and is very tasty. Volvic is another good brand and both Fiji and Volvic were voted best bottled waters in a Cooks Illustrated survey.
Milk--well what can I say? Cow's milk is for baby cows. Human adults don't need whole milk, but that's your choice.
I really like soy milk-Silk, or Eighth Continent.
Water has no nutritional value, except some minerals. Milk does have nutritional value, so if you don't mind the possibility of Bovine Growth Hormone in your cow's milk, milk is more nutritious.

probably bottled water, you get more vitamins

lots of good clean water...

tap water is best if it doesn't come from a well. municipal water systems have strict levels for contaminants and such, plus most have flouride added right in which is good for your teeth. Bottled water doesn't have the same strict government standards. Most of them make sure it won't kill you and add some minerals for taste. Milk is good too, but I don't find it very thirst quenching.

bottled water
