Gatorade is nasty, drink water.
The blue kind, I been on a diet so long i can't remember the name! haha but that and the fruit punch kind was always the best for me
It makes kids nuts. Stay away from it, unless you are an athlete running a marathon.
I would have to say that the lemon lime (yellow) kind is best. It is actually the first flavor ever made!
The new one they came out taht is blue is pretty good. but lately theyve ben tasting like salt =P i know its a bad thing but substitute much?

any kind i dont drink it alot though because it doesnt really have a taste i do prefer fruit punch though!
