How much water does a person need per day?!

Question:

How much water does a person need per day?

if you are going to be outside all day, in the heat how much water should you drink.

Answers:
Typically, health experts say to drink 8 cups of water a day. However, this is just a wives tale. The fact is, you get water also from the foods that you eat. For instance: fruit has lots of water in it, so that counts towards drinking water. Other drinks, like milk, also contain lots of water.

Because you are going outside in the heat all day, I recommend drinking a lot of water, though. This will prevent heat stroke. Don't wait until you are thirsty, because thirst is a sign of dehydration. I recommend drinking an 8 oz. bottle of water every 1-2 hours.

Don't worry about over-doing it because water is very good for you, and you have to drink A LOT to get water poisoning.

Stay hydrated!

just drink a bottle of water...too if you are extra thirsty.

a person needs at least 8, 8oz glasses of water a day.

I drink more than 1/2 a gallon daily

About six glasses a day. Your pee should be clear atleast once a day

Generally, about 7-10 eight-ounce glasses of fluid a day in addition to the food you eat is as much as you need.

You don't need to worry about drinking too much water. You won't become waterlogged, since the kidneys will quickly adjust the amount of fluid in your body, and you won't rapidly gain weight, since pure water provides no calories. Remember, however, many other fluids, particularly soft drinks, alcohol, Fruit-Ade's, juices, and milk shakes, are high in calories.

GOOD LUCK!...;-)

I read in book name's water medic an . That water is an element which pured blood from poi sens and keep the
cellulose fresh and also Electra connection in nerve system
will be faster when using minimum one Glass water per 2 hours and after each meal.

At least 2.5 litres (about 10 glasses) if you are outside.

Eight 8oz glasses per day.

You should drink enough to keep from feeling thirsty. Forcing yourself to drink too much leads to a condition known as water poisoning. That's why the sayings about drinking 8-10 glasses of water daily are incorrect. If you're thirsty, drink.
