Is sparkling carbonated water healthy?!

Question:

Is sparkling carbonated water healthy?

Is it just as healthy as normal water??

Answers:
Depends, sparkling water is just water and carbon dioxide. The carbon dioxide may make you burp (at both ends), but it is harmless. Club soda contains salts that that aren't very good for you. Read the ingredient label, if it contains just water and carbon dioxide I say enjoy.

Not as healthy as normal water, but not harmful.

No..plain water is the best. you do not need to bloat your stomach with air.

ive read that carbonated water is not as good for you as regular water. It has something to do with calcium loss.

Watch the sodium -
otherwise, it's just fine. Very refreshing.

Watch for sodium on the label. If it doesn't contain any it's ok to drink.
A comment on 'normal' water. If you are referring to tap water that is laced with chloride, that isn't good for you. Also, the piping that the water flows through can contaminate the water. Purified water is the best to drink.
The benefit of drinking carbonated water is good for dieters, because it makes you feel full.
