Does anyone love Chocolate?
Dark and Bitter Chocolate, White Chocolate, Milk Chocolate or cooking chocolate. I f you like cooking chocolate, what would you do with cooking chocolate? How about Pepsi Koko drink?

I love chocolate so much that I've replaced cafe au lait with hot chocolate every morning. I make it with soy or whole milk heated in the microwave for 2 minutes and drop in 4 Dove Dark chocolates served in a large Starbuck's mug. Try it!!!

4 bars (8-oz. box) NESTLé? TOLL HOUSE? Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Bars, broken into pieces
2/3 cup NESTLé? CARNATION? Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts, (optional)
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
GREASE 8 x 4- or 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
MICROWAVE baking bars and sweetened condensed milk in medium, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute; STIR. The bars may retain some of their original shape. If necessary, microwave at additional 10- to 15-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
STIR in nuts and vanilla extract. Spread into prepared loaf pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.

I love chocolate. I only like white chocolate if it is swirled with dark chocolate. Otherwise I love it all. I don't know about the Pepsi drink, but that is because I don't drink soda. I would definitely try it though!
