Is smoking tea illegal?
Me and my friend always smoke tea (chai tea, earl gray mostly-goodstuff, and some purple haze once in a while (blueberry tea)) and its a good thing. but one day the cops caught us riding dirty and i had two ziploc bags full of chai right in the glove compartment and we got arrested. we got off on bail and never came to court. is it illegal to smoke tea in the US?

It's not illegal because its a legal substance, and how you consume it; is your choice. Reguardless if you smoke it or drink it.
