Will carbonated water keep you up?!

Question:

Will carbonated water keep you up?

I got this new water that's carbonated and flavored. If you didn't know what it was you would probably guess that it's soda. Although I've looked at the back, there's nothing in it but water, natural flavoring, citric acid, and aspartme. There's 0% everything on the bottle, even at the top it's 0% juice.

But will this still produce some effects that could keep me up at night? Even though there is no sugar or caffine?

Answers:
Not that I know of. Caffeine is what keeps you awake. Ordinary carbonated water shouldn't - except for waking you up when you need to take a whiz. :D

No...it shouldn't. There is nothing in it to convert to energy. No caffine, and no sugar.

no it shouldn't kep you up

I would question the natural flavoring. Food and Beverage companies have lenient rules when it comes to letting you know what's in their products. Natural flavoring could mean anything. Aspartame should not be consumed under any circumstances. While a sweetener, it's also artificial, a carcinogen and a depressant.

It is doubtful that carbonated water will keep you up, but it could give you an upset stomach or react unfavorably with you digestive system.

no cuz its not caffenine its just carbonation
