Coke or pepsi out of a straw when the darn thing fizzes and flows out the can???

Because you don't know what kind of germs or fesses have been dropped on the top. There are rodents and roaches everywhere. Think about that the next time you drink out of a can in a restaurant or at home.

I do because the run down craphole that I buy my soda from has dirt all over the cans.
All kind of stuff gets dropped on those cans.So they probably don't wanna catch anything?
maybe because they do not want their mouth to touch the can. Cans are kind of nasty because a ton of people has touched them before they reach you, and you cannot wash them- if you use soap they taste like soap, if you use warm water the drink gets nasty.
tastes better through the straw cuz its hit the air
