When did milk pasteurisation begin in the UK?!

Question:

When did milk pasteurisation begin in the UK?

Answers:
The adoption of pasteurisation was slow at first. The first commercial equipment was manufactured in Germany in 1880 and by 1885 milk was regularly pasteurised in Copenhagen and
Stockholm, but little happened in Britain for a further twenty years. Only 1.5 per cent of Britain's supply was pasteurised in 1926. The majority of retain milk was still raw in 1939 and this remained true in many small towns and rural areas well into the 1950's

Pasteurization (or pasteurisation) is a process of making foods spoil less. It is named after its inventor, Louis Pasteur. The first pasteurization was done by Louis Pasteur and Claude Bernard on April 20, 1862.

I don't know when it became commercial, but it was first done in the late 1800's by Louie Pasteur

It was a long time ago mayb it went past your eyes!

It began in the 1950s some time, and this was due to an outbreak of Tubercolosis through out Britain. The tubercolosis was blamed on the Cows, and so they introduced pasteurisation to combat it.
