How big is a dairy potion?!

Question:

How big is a dairy potion?

dairy as in stuff from cows and other animals.

Answers:
I reckon you mean PORTION - not potion. A portion of dairy means say you buy a packet of small individual cheeses, one of those whould be a portion. Its not big by any means and the size is usually 30g of cheese, or a small tub of yogurt or a glass of milk. Portions are used by the company Weightwatchers to enable dieters to watch how much they eat and not overdo it. Im going to have a portion of breakfast now! Bye!

usually the portion amount is on the container example 6oz for yogurt. 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese, 1 slice of cheese, cup of milk
