You have to be 21 like every other State. The federal Government threatened the State governments (who has the authority to make drinking laws) with taking all highway funds away if they didn't raise the drinking age to 21.
If it contains any Alcohol you must be 21. Plus Beer in Texas has 6 points, it's a whole lot stronger, so anything near beer would probably be regular beer in other states!
