Does decaf green tea have all the benefits of normal green tea?!

Question:

Does decaf green tea have all the benefits of normal green tea?

Answers:
The only diffrence between Regular tea and Decaf Green tea would be the decaf factor.
They both have the same antioxidants that help fight away free radicals.

According to tradition, Chinese diet green tea could cure anything from headaches, body aches, and pains to constipation and depression.

Increase the blood flow throughout the body.

Green tea also detoxifies the body.

Lowers blood cholesterol and so on, so on!!!!!

so there is no big diffrence in regular and decaf green teas
but if your doctor or you are trying to intake for decaf products and for
some odd reason you cant find a decaf green tea at the store its ok
just buy the Regular green tea.
Brew the regular green tea and remember you want 8oz of water for every bag of green tea. do not brew your tea to hot or it will begin to be bitter i would say stay between 165-170 degrees F.
let sit for two min ONLY of if not it will begin to taste bitter
ok that was the first brew, trow that away YES you read it right trow that one away not go ahead and brew it again and this my friend will be your decaf cup of green tea all the cafination is in the fist brew yes you may be trowing some of the other benefits away as well but this is only in case that you cant find any decaf green tea.
