they are not bad for your teeth and they are a detox ..

I'm not a big herbal tea fan but do drink a lot of green tea. I have never heard of them being bad for your teeth, but that could depend on if you add sugar.

Green tea is good for detoxing, I drink it first thing in the morning to help boost my digestion and metabolism...don't know if it works.

check out the yogi tea website
tells u alot about nerbal teas and their uses
verry good stuff, i drink it all the time
as for ur teeth... I only drink tea and water, so I'm fine
ppl drink sodas and carbon drinks all the time... tea is MUCH better than these, coffee, and alcohol
=D

herbal teas are a very very wide range of teas. and each herb has different effects and benefits.
I don't know of any that are bad for your teeth.
The best way to find out more is to chose a few herbs and research them online.

I think the herbal teas that are supposed to be bad for your teeth are the ones containing the citrus flavours or the fruity teas.

I have never heard it, but :

Green teas contain antioxidants, and peppermint tea aids digetion, herbal teas contain no sugar and dont require milk so are good for detoxing. Camermille tea is relaxing and aids sleep, fennel tea I think helps cleanse your system? thats all I know, caffine is not to good for you anyway and should be avoided where possible, can cause headaches etc...

Herbal tea is good. There are many benefits depending on what herbs are in them. There are many so get a book and read.

read what organic tea can do for you.

I can't see them being any worse for your teeth than fruit juice, or regular tea with sugar. I think they're supposed to help you detox, or boost energy, if you look on the box that should tell you what they're supposed to do. Personally I don't like them though.
