Whats the best way to keep fizzy drinks frizzy in the fridge?!

Question:

Whats the best way to keep fizzy drinks frizzy in the fridge?

the day after opening them they lose their fizz any ideas

Answers:
If already opened either squeeze the air out and tighten the lid, or buy one of the little pumps you can buy from places like Lakeland Plastics wich you put on instead of a top and you pump air in to the bottle to keep the pressure in so the bubbles don't rise.

keep them in their bottle.

try to close them really really tightly, and don't move the bottle about too much because the movement seems to bash the fizz out of them.

They always lose their food if you put them next to boring food like cheese. Try putting them beside an onion or a sausage.

Tally fizzy ho!!!

Wrap some cling film over the top before you screw the top back on - always stand upright in the fridge.

squeeze any air out of the bottle and relace the lid tightly...

Finish the drink before you put it in the fridge and then all the fizziness is in your tummy!!!

To keep them fizzy, you MUST find a way to close the container. If it's a bottle, obviously all you have to do is put the lid back on tightly; a can is a bit of a problem. If you're talking about a large bottle (like a 2-liter container), be sure the cap is on TIGHT.

Keep them in a cupboard use ice cubes, the cold does make them lose their fizz. Or you could by coke instead of ROLA COLA.

If you stand the bottle upright in the fridge I find my plastic bottles last for 3 - 5 days. The more in them the longer they last. Glass bottles hold the fizz a lot longer than plastic ones.

buy a pumper, this is a screw cap base when you screw it back on pump air back in to it. i bought two from morrisons £1.99 each

If its for champagne - then put a metal spoon in the top of the bottle, this keeps it fizzy a couple of days longer...
