Starbucks or Coffee Bean?!

Question:

Starbucks or Coffee Bean?

Answers:
Is Coffee Bean a coffee shop? I have never heard of it where I live, it sounds nice. Although I am not a supporter of mainstream consumer digest I have to admit that even though Starbucks is expensive and sometimes 'overrated', their drinks are gooood.

seattle drip!

Starbucks is expensive.

But definitely worth it.

Starbucks

Starbucks is expensive so I allow myself the occasional splurge. (I only like the maole latte thingys and not real coffee).

starbucks

I live on the east coast and we don't have Coffee Bean. I love Starbucks but would like to try Coffee Bean. Think they ship?

I've never heard of Coffee Bean. I'm actually a fan of pretty much anything BUT Starbucks, and I'm even from Washington State, the official home of Starbucks where it really IS on every freaking corner. And in every grocery store. And book store. And hospital. I think my gynecologist is having one put in the waiting room.

Anyway, I don't care for Starbucks because they burn their beans. Totally overroasted resulting in bitter coffee with a rank aftertaste. Starbucks is what it is because of marketing genius, not because their coffee is wonderful, and I refuse to pay $3.50 for a crappy latte. (Prefer to spend $2.50 on a good one!) I usually go to the little local coffee shops or drive-thru huts, my favorite is a place called Wake Up Call that has their own roast.

The only reason I don't shout death to Starbucks is because they treat their employees so well, i.e. benefits & management training/franchise opportunities. But I still hate their coffee.

Starbucks, dude! Although I do occassionally like my Coffee Bean

although its espensive but sure starbucks.

Sarbucks. I love it. My fave!
