Question:

What is distilled water and how is it made?

Answers:
Distilled water is water which has boiled, and the steam trapped and allowed to cool. It is more pure than ordinary water because any salts are left behind.

its steam cooled down so it is more pure water

Basically it's germ free water. I used that for my babies when they were little for thier bottles to help protect them till their immune system was stronger.

steam that comes out when water is boiled is cooled down to get distilled water.it is pure

Distilled water is water that has almost all of its impurities and electrolytes removed through distillation (boiling the water and re-condensing the steam into a clean container, leaving contaminants behind).
(look at www.wikipedia.com for more details)

Distilled water is made by boiling normal water, catching the steam and cooling it back down to water. The distilled water is more pure as the impurities do not get into the steam and are left behind in the container in which the original water was boiled.

Distilled water is water you get when you condense steam or water vapour. But if the water is to remain pure, it must all be done either in glass or certain ceramic containers. If it came into contact with metal in the process, it is likely to become contaminated. You can buy water distillers for domestic use and there have been some amazing claims made for its health benefits.

Distilled water is water that has virtually all of its impurities as well as electrolytes removed through distillation (boiling the water and re-condensing the steam into a clean container, leaving contaminants behind). you need more open

Distilled water is also called steam-distilled water. Distilled water is water which has been heated to the boiling point so that impurities are separated from the water, which becomes vapor or steam at 212 degrees farenheit(100C.). Steam is then cooled and condensed back into pure liquid form. The impurities remain as residue in the steam kettle(to be periodically removed). This distillation system removes waterborne biological contaminants such as bacteria, parasites and viruses, organic and inorganic chemicals, heavy metals, volatile gasses, cysts, and other contaminants. Pure water contains no solids, minerals, or trace elements. It is clean, natural, and healthy. Steam distilled water is the standard by which all other waters are measured.

Boiled water left to go cold its one big con.

boiled water they boil it so it kills all the bacteria and germs
