Is having green tea everyday ok?!

Question:

Is having green tea everyday ok?

Answers:
It's very good, especially if it's a lower caffine kind. Green tea is an excellent antioxidant that can theoretically lower your risk of cancer. It's certainly good for you, especially sweetened with honey or lemon juice, rather than sugar and without milk. Pomegranite and Aji juice are also very good for you for the same reasons.

i guess its ok!

Yes, it is actually very good for you and recommended. It is rich in antioxidants. Helps you fight off sickness, and create more energy. It is supposed to help you think better too. Just watch how much sugar you put in it...I hear that is not too good. You may want to ad honey or something if you like it sweet.
