Has anyone ever heard of a drink called a "Lemon Sour".?!


Question:

Has anyone ever heard of a drink called a "Lemon Sour".?

It is not an alcoholic drink. It has lemon juice, club soda, and salt in it...I think thats all, but I can't get the taste right....If any of you have heard of it and know the correct amounts of each ingredient please let me know.......
