There are no pink lemons. The recipe calls for cranberry juice. Hence the pink in the lemonade.
Pink lemonade is made by coloring regular lemonade with something red like fruit juice or artificial food color.

Wow.. I cant believe u just asked that question... but they use normal lemons and then they color it somehow with either sometype of fruit juice or even food coloring... but either way theres no such thing as Pink Lemons....Gave me a good laugh tho'.
