What type of water is good?
So it's common knowlege that drinking water daily is good for you. But what type? Any bottled water? Mineral water, tap water, carbonated water? Does water with flavoring count as good?
Answers:
The wet kind, which comes to you relatively free everytime you turn on your water faucet in your house. The rest is a money making business that takes your money and makes everyone else rich. As a former avid long distance bicycle racer and rider who has ridden THOUSANDS of miles, and runner, with AMPLE use of water of all brands and bottles and filters, I realized that the good ol' cheap stuff in my house plumbing is the best, and most readily available, that there is. they say nowadays that most bottled water is the exact same thing as tap..just filtered.
mineral water just has added minerals, carbonated water probably depleats your body of water because of the bubbles.
plain water is fine, i guess mineral water is good you just need to be careful what else they put in there.

I like plain old tap water. It tastes crisp to me. I don't favor flavored water very much, it tastes very fake. Carbonated water makes me want to vomit. My favorite bottled waters are Evian, Fiji, and Dasani, but I but Poland Spring the most. I feel like I'm being egotistic by having favorite brands of water.
Try Penta water, it's supposed to be the purest, best-tasting kind of water.

for me, nothing beats figi water. I love it.
and don't let people tell you water is water, it all tastes the same. I think some taste different, or have after taste. I do not like flavored water.

FIJI bottled water. Some people say that there is no difference. But all I drink is water and there is a huge difference. Haha it's true! I drink either FIJI or Poland Spring sometimes. But I prefer the real stuff, from the islands in south america. Aye.

water is water....not sure about carbonated water...might have something else in it. I drink a lot of tap water and sometimes I had a squeeze of fresh lemon!
A friend of mine did research on this and found that the bottled water Aquiline is the best. hope this helps u.
Carbonated water is no good. Mineral water the best. Nothing's wrong with the flavor, you just add some carbohydrate or sugar to your daily need.
If you are talking bottled water. Auquafina is the best tasting hands down.

any water.. but for me the best is Deer Park-- il ike anything bottled in the PA-NY region...
Fiji is great, but its SOO expensive... especially when your supposedt o have 64 oz plus a day... that gets really pricey... mainly it comes down to what you like... if your lucky enought o have decent tap water, then there you go.... where i grew up- in western pa, our tap water sucked... so bottled water it was.. i live inthe carribean now, and have a side by side fridge with water & ice in the door... yay! lol, simple things and all :)
What that is not brown, or green...something that does not have floaters. I would go for a good bottled water... definitely not something that came from a lake or a pond.
I also have a comment about those so called 'flavoured' water... last time i checked that was called JUICE... Please ppl!
All water is good for you but my favorite bottles of water would be Crystal Geyser,Dasani,Aquafina,and Evian
i have a cabin up in the mountians so when we visit we just get our water from the spring its really clean and fresh. for you you should have fiji water its good :]
