its been shown to have some health benefits. IE lower risk of heart problems. lower risk of certin cancers and such and so on. I personally drink coffee everyday because I suffer from head aches and migraines and the caffeine helps with that. I only have like one to two glasses. AND no I'm not addicted to caffeine so I'm not getting the headaches from not drinking it! Trust me I've had plenty of tests done, There is proof that caffeine helps with this kind of stuff!

There are conflicting ideas about coffee but most doctors recommend 2 cups or less per day.

I have heard it is. you can also grind up coffe beans with a little water making a paste. put it on your face for 15 minutes to brighten your skin
