From what I've read, it's the immense caffeine content that creates the burning effect in your throat. It supposedly has no sugar crash like other energy drinks, lasts longer, and is one of the most powerful energy drinks made. It's also very expensive at around $20.00 per 6 cans.
It BURNS the calories.

it pretty much my favorite energy drink for that reason. i get it for 2 dollars a can which is pretty expensive since moster is 2 dollars for a can twice as big. but i think it is because of the mixture of the caffeine and the other things that have a reaction. just drink it slow it doesnt burn that much.
